TRIAL ENTRY DEADLINE IS PAST:
Should anyone wish to enter the trial, please contact
Alethea by PHONE (not email) at 520-247-6685, or
520-299-1896. We have one more practice on the field
on December 3 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

SCHEDULE FOR DECEMBER 5, FRIDAY:
Tracking for SchH1, IPO 1 at the Marana Fields at
7:30 am. Tracking order will be assigned by the Secretary
and the Chairman. There will NOT be a draw process for
this local club trial. 8:00 am, ADs begin. Different part
of the Marana fields. Please contact Randy Smalley if there
is confusion on the fields. Call him at 520-300-3358.
Estimated time of arrival at the ALvernon Trial field is
between 11:30 am and Noon. The club will provide sandwiches,
please let Randy know if you can bring water, sodas, Ice tea
and other beverages. Bh Obedience followed by Traffic
Portion begins following Lunch. SchH Obedience follows the
Bh work, followed by Protection phase. We will have a small
dinner scheduled for Friday night for Dr. Landau and his Wife,
Heidi. Please let Alethea know by Thursday if you wish to
attend that dinner.

SCHEDULE FOR DECEMBER 6, SATURDAY:
Tracking begins at 7:30 am at the Marana fields. We
expect the SchH2 and Sch3 participants to trial on
Saturday. Please give your articles for tracking to
Randy Smalley ahead of time. The club has provided
articles if you do not have any. The Track Layer will
have your articles for your use. Please let us know.
Tracking order is assigned by the Secretary and Chairman.
There will not be a draw at this local club trial.
Breakfast will follow the tracking at the Marana Airport
Coffee Shop (if the Judge and the participants so desire)
We should arrive at the field in time for Lunch at NOON.
Barbeque and refreshments will be provided. Should you
wish to contribute to this event, please let us know, as
we can collect no cash on City Parks and Recreation
Grounds. A RING TRAINING AND HANDLER SEMINAR
BE OFFERED DURING LUNCH. Randy Smalley, Shannon
O’Donovan, and Yvonne Schloesser will be conducting
the seminar. Any one who is planning on showing their
dog in upcoming Conformation Shows (German Style)
should take advantage of this opportunity. Bh routines
will follow our lunch and seminar, including the Traffic
phase. SchH Obedience Phase will follow the Bh, and
we will end with the SchH Protection Phase. Awards,
and Trial work will follow the end of the phases.
JUDGE’S DINNER will be scheduled at 7.00 pm that evening.
Please let Alethea know if you wish to attend. Each
person will be responsible for their own dinner, with
the exception of the Judge and his Wife.
